Tomorrow is whenever we get the call about whether we will get this house and land or not. We still have a very good feeling about it, and so does the lady who has been working with us. We already have the down payment, and the lot picked out, we just need the house. We have already started getting excited about what we are going to do with it. We are already planning on living in it for a while, and then trying to rent it out, if not possibly just sell it.
I took pictures the other day, but there are too many to post on here. We'll just wait until we get furniture inside :)
The excitement of just thinking everything that we can do with this place is crazy!! We picked the perfect lot to build a deck and patio off the back. Just enough of a drop to take advantage of. We are excited about the kitchen... Ahhhh, aren't we excited!! It's huge!! Another thing, the spare bedroom. We are doing it in... You guessed it... John Deere!! We're doing this for Carter. He still deserves his own room, just like he has here. It's our way of keeping him in our home... and in our hearts (which he could never leave there).
Also, we want to plant a memorial garden. I am very excited about working on this.
It's all a very exciting thing. Still keeping our fingers crossed that we get the best news possible tomorrow.
